Working with plus Finance allowed us to fit out our new office building in a way that would not have been possible without the funding arrangements that they made available to us. From an operational perspective, Plus Finance handled all of the paper work our behalf and kept us fully informed of progress at all stages in the funding process - I wouldn't hesitate to use Plus Finance again if we had a need for asset financing in the future.

During 2013 Openwork decided to move to a new head office building on the outskirts of Swindon. This office move gave Openwork the opportunity to review all aspects of the working environment and to consult with their staff to understand what facilities were important to them.
There was a conscious desire to improve the quality of the working environment and to fit out the new building in a way that supported more flexible working practices, whilst at the same time creating an environment that would motivate both staff and clients visiting the building. The new building had never been occupied before and offered just under 27,000 sq ft of Cat A space spread over 3 floors in a modern business park setting.
Openwork were initially introduced to Plus Finance by their chosen Design and Build partner. Plus Finance have been working with this leading interiors contractor for a number of projects, and understand the importance to all parties of managing the entire process to ensure no delays in the overall fit out programme.
Access to appropriate leasing facilities allowed Openwork to manage the short term capital impact of the fit out and to deliver the desired end result without impacting upon the capital requirements of its other business activities. Approximately 75% of the total initial cost was financed through Plus Finance.
