Investing in state-of-the–art facilities requires substantial investment so when R.E.A.L were looking at funding options for their new Alternative Provision School in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, their supplier mentioned the option to lease the fitout rather than fund it upfront.

This opened up opportunities that previously were outside of their budget, and allowed them to upgrade aspects of their premises.

The fitout included new furniture and a bespoke kitchen for student enterprise and training.
