Having already used this form of finance on their previous office, Timothy James & Partners were aware of the benefits, but only when the full cost options were compared that the real advantages became clear. Even with an extensive refurbishment including statement artwork and contemporary furniture, when spread over 5 yrs and with the tax benefits, the total cost of the space was still less than the original £70 sq ft quote.
